Create a new ritual: mindful Mondays!

We all know that Mondays are the most dreaded day of the week, so why not try and make them better?

To be “mindful” is to be conscious or aware of something, so why not pick one thing on Mondays that you can be mindful of.

Try meditating: adding that 10 or 20 minute mindful meditation to your morning and your evening so that you can make the most of your day!

Maybe, try mindful eating: think of some of the foods you are truly lacking in your diet and make a meal that incorporates them. Maybe it’s a salad with some protein to help with your veggie intake, or maybe it’s doing a plant-based meal!

Or, try yoga: Sarah Beth (@sarahbethyoga) has a few amazing mindful morning routines on her YouTube channel that are an absolute perfect way to start your morning. Or even if you do 5-8 sun salutations just for a nice refreshing cleanse.

When you begin your week with a positive perspective, it sets the tone for the rest of the days that follow.
